He is a former president for one of Atlanta’s top builders and was ranked in the top 400 in the nation. A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, he has practical experience with 17 years of site selection analysis, construction management, architectural design & development, operational & procedural efficiencies, land acquisitions, and market research & analysis.

Beth Marconi-Law brings over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and finance. She has won numerous sales and marketing awards and has been recognized both locally and nationally in the sales and marketing arena. As a former Vice President for some of Atlanta's top builders, she shares this hands-on experience today with builders, developers and real estate companies to ensure maximum absorption and profitability.
